Lots of life in the rue Faubourg Saint-Denis in Paris on this Sunday noon. The men were drinking Pastis on the terrace of the pub while other people were buying the food for the lunch. There are a lot of food shops in the rue Saint-Denis. Real French shops – they sell ‘foie gras’ – and, in the backstreet, only Indian shops and restaurants. On the street, a nice young woman asked me a coin. I gave her a few euros for a picture. At the end of the street, you see a few typical old houses of Paris.
